Privacy policy
by Giorgia Donna and Jacopo Curletto checked on 1 min
This policy covers milanoisola.com, the site that holds our guide to the Isola neighborhood and the page about the loft we rent out.
What the site collects
Nothing. The site is made of static pages: it sets no cookies, uses no traffic analytics, loads no third-party scripts, and contains no contact, signup or payment forms.
You’re never asked for any data, and none is recorded that could identify you. There is therefore no archive of visitors’ personal data, and nothing to keep, export or delete.
As a technical consequence of how the internet works, the provider hosting the site may record traffic data such as your IP address and the time of the request, for security and service purposes. Those are logs we don’t consult and don’t cross-reference with anything else.
Bookings
The site handles no bookings. Availability, payments and messages all go through the Airbnb listing, and Airbnb’s own privacy policy applies to that data, not this one. No booking data passes through us.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to other sites: the Airbnb listing, train timetables, the websites of local businesses. When you open them their policy applies, and we have no control over it.
Your rights
European regulation 2016/679 gives you the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is processed and object to that processing. Since this site collects no personal data, there is no archive for those rights to be exercised on. For any request, the channel is the one listed on the contact page.
How cookies are handled is set out in the cookie policy.
